Detailed Description

MetaInfo indices qpxPsmRunFileName() consults, resolved once.

Construct one per export, outside the row loop. Resolving a metavalue key by name takes the MetaInfoRegistry's omp critical lock, which is why the exporters resolve every key they use up front rather than per row.
